Commercial Lines Account Manager Burlington, ON
To provide front-line customer service for Commercial Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients
Duties of position:
Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
Preparing documentation for insurers, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
Identifying client needs, and educating clients of the organization’s insurance products and solutions and advising on insurance matters
Build a cohesive team relationship within the service department in order to ensure the client’s needs are met and retention remains a priority
