It’s a customer service position handling a book of bus with another CSR….they are sharing a producer book of business approx. 3 million

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Need to be able to receive and service phone calls, including email requests, and document in computer
Problem solve, maintain customer files both paper and computer
Process renewals, endorsements and new business
Negotiate premiums terms and conditions with carriers and underwriters
Certificate of insurance and binders
Cross sell and upsell
They have 30 markets
