Our client is looking for someone who has knowledge of working with small to medium size accounts.

Responsibilities:

· Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clients

· Processing policy changes

· Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters

· Assist and provide support to Producers as required

· Process callbacks, submissions, and mail in a timely manner

· Flexible to perform various assigned tasks

· Promotes company features and benefits as part of an ongoing portfolio review

· Cross-sell a variety of products at every opportunity

· Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building

· Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures

· Accepts risks within established guidelines

Qualifications:

·  RIBO license

· Has the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing

· Has excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

· Can function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment

· Maintains a positive attitude and is a team player

· Has strong analytical and decision-making abilities

· Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change

Salary Range: $45K – $50K
