We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines CSR (RIBO Licensed) with knowledge of the insurance markets and company portals to serve our clients.

This role requires strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task. In this position, you would be assigned a book of business whereby you would be responsible for reviewing renewals, resolving client concerns and/or conflicts, providing professional and expert advice in all areas of commercial lines insurance, as well as responding to all service-related inquiries (ie policy changes, preparing new business, preparation of certificates, remarketing existing clients as well as claims support).
