We are looking to fill a full time role for a Client Service Representative on our commercial lines team. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representatives role is to ensure exceptional client service Commercial Insurance clientele. While working on a fun and collaborative team the CSR carries out a wide range of duties. Do you have an optimistic outlook and willingness to work with a dynamic and diverse team? Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Producer in client service duties
- Weekly overview of renewals
- Prioritizing and handling daily phone calls, e-mails and mail.
- Providing timely responses to client queries
- Meeting with team members to check on challenges and give direction.
- Assisting with marketing of accounts and attend client meetings as necessary
- Problem solving concerning different coverages, rating, claims and competition
- Administration associated with client service – record notes, instructions, new submissions, renewal submissions, letters, claim reporting
- Handling activities in EPIC
- Handle claim notices and ensure a timely reporting to carrier(s)
- Other duties as assigned
