Job Description
Commercial Lines Client Service Representative (CSR): Remote Flexible – Part-Time
Job Purpose:
* To support Commercial Department in processing of new and renewal Commercial
Property, Liability, Auto and related business lines
* In-house resource providing Administration support for Commercial Client requests
* Support other departments as required
Qualifications and Industry Knowledge
* Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines CSR experience
* Must possess a valid RIBO license in good standing
* Proficient in SIG-XP Broker Management System, MS Office Suite
* Excellent Product knowledge of Commercial Property, Commercial Liability,
Commercial Auto (IRCA and up to 10 vehicles)
* Working knowledge and/or experience in D&O, E&O, Cyber, Media, Technology,
Crime and Fidelity Bonds an Asset
* Client experience with Professional Services, Media and Technology, Consulting,
Real Estate, Contractors and Construction and Not for Profit organizations an Asset
* Personal Lines Experience an Asset
* CAIB, CIP, CRM designations (or in progress) an Asset
* Education or experience in Marketing, Social Media, (Facebook, LinkedIn,
Instagram, WordPress), Technology and Google Suite an Asset
Technical Skills You can perform following tasks with high proficiency and minimal supervision
* Set-up Client Profile and Policy information in SIG-XP Broker Management System
* Create and post Direct and Agency/Broker Bill invoices and Quote Premium
Financing on Portals such as First Insurance
* Generate Quotes and process Endorsements in Portals for April, Apollo,
Economical, Markel, Premier, SGI, Wawanesa
* Gather Claims information and support Client through Claims Process as required
Behavioral Competencies:
* Responsible, self-starter working remotely in a virtual team environment
* Organized, imaginative and creative with strong verbal and written skills
* Very comfortable with Technology
* Comfortable managing difficult conversations
