COMMERCIAL LINES C.S.R. (French speaking) 
Progressive, growing and reputable brokerage with multiple locations, is family owned. Top notch leadership, where their clients and employees are always top priority.
Their Burlington location is looking for a professional Commercial Lines CSR who speaks French.

This CSR candidate will ideally have AMF individual license or willing to get it.
The role will split between supporting and assisting with clients in Quebec currently, as well assisting the Manager/Marketer with servicing our existing Ontario clients.
Salary negotiable, based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interaction and communication with commercial lines clients
  • Timely follow up and communication with clients and company partners
  • Make coverage recommendations based on client profiles and assessments of client’s needs, discussing products offered while addressing needs and gaps in coverage
  • Policy endorsement changes
  • Team environment, communication and working with internal staff regarding commercial lines business inquiries
  • Know and understand the commercial lines business appetite of each of our company carriers
  • Monitor and follow up with all documentation requests made to clients and other parties
  • Read and understand verbal and written instructions such as leases, contracts, legislation, monitoring, summarizing transactions
  • Ensure all renewal documentation is correct and delivered to the client within the prescribed time frames
  • Know, understand, and work within the established policies, procedures, workflows and guidelines of the brokerage
  • Attend training sessions and seminars as required
  • Occasionally provide guidance, instruction, and direction for others
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • RIBO Licensed
  • AMF (Quebec) License an asset, or willing to obtain
  • CAIB courses or CIP a valued asset
  • Strong customer service skills: Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills. A flexible attitude, with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
  • Effective working skills in MS office applications such as Word, Excel and e-mail based systems
  • Ability to navigate, extract information, and update Insurance Company portals
  • Proven accurate data entry and typing skills
  • Professional: customer service, appearance and manners
  • Familiarity of insurance regulations and ability understand written manuals and directives
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
