Full-Time Commercial Lines Account Manager – OSHAWA
Job Description

Currently in need of an experienced Commercial Account Manager to work with mid to large size accounts.
Experience required:
. 3 – 5 years experience working in commercial lines customer service.
Skills:
. Review and recommend coverages to commercial customers. Complete changes via e-mailing insurers and entering information on EPIC and following up that changes are processed properly.
. Advise and assist producers in commercial lines submissions.
. Adhere to company underwriting guidelines.
. Properly market submissions to the right insurer, knowing where to best market a commercial submission to the benefit of the client.
. Advise producers to possible client issues and help keep customer retention high.
. Good interpersonal and listening skills, empathy and caring when speaking to clients.
Education:
. RIBO Licensed
. University or College degree preferrd
