Commercial Account Manager – Markham, Ontario

Our client located in Markham; Ontario is looking to add to their Commercial team.  The ideal candidate will hold a RIBO license and have 5+ years experience with Commercial small to mid-size accounts and new business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer service for Commercial Account
• Provide support to junior team members
• Prepare renewal binders and presentations
• Respond to telephone inquiries
• Report and monitor insureds claim’s
• Issuance and renewal of insurance documents
• Ensure a high level of service
• Re-market when necessary within guidelines
• Build strong relationships with company underwriters

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Commercial experience
• RIBO license in good standing
• Strong organizational and written skills
• Proficiency in Outlook and Word
• Knowledge of Commercial accounts (largely mid-market)
