Commercial Lines Account Manager – Hamilton
Our client seeks experienced Commercial Account Managers who are knowledgeable expert advisors in commercial lines insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
You will:
- be responsible for the full cycle service for an assigned book of business
- work in conjunction with producers on all aspects of client service including marketing, with a focus on retention while adhering to SOP
- You will create opportunities to develop new business, up-sell and cross sell to further develop your book of business in co-ordination with producers and your team.
- Participate in workshops, training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- RIBO licensed
- Minimum 3 years commercial lines experience
- Working toward CIP or CAIB designation
- Team player with superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-starter with attention to detail
- Advanced Skills in EPIC, Excel, Outlook and Word
