Job Description

To provide front-line customer service for Commercial Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients
Duties of position:
  • Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
  • Preparing documentation for insurers, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
  • Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
  • Identifying client needs, and educating clients of the organization’s insurance products and solutions and advising on insurance matters
  • Build a cohesive team relationship within the service department in order to ensure the client’s needs are met and retention remains a priority

Commercial Insurance: 3 years (Required)
Insurance: 3 years (Required)
Licence: RIBO (Required)
