Commercial Lines CSR – Burlington $60k
My Client is Growing. They are not your traditional old school, tired office, they offer a loft style open concept office in a renovated live/work space minutes from the Appleby GO Station & 403.
It is a small supportive tight knit team of professionals that work hard but have fun. You will have input into building a commercial lines portfolio.
You have the opportunity to take the lead in servicing an existing book of accounts, proactively growing the book organically by upselling, cross-selling & generating referrals as well as supporting the producer.
Ideally you will help develop the department having input in best practices & SOP, potentially developing into a senior, leadership role within the office.
You are RIBO Licensed with 2 plus years of Commercial Lines experience.
A team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Self directed, organized & able to prioritize your workload, you take a solutions focused approach.
Proficient on SIGXP, Policyworks and Microsoft 365
