Commercial Lines Account Manager – GTA West / Toronto
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Comma Recruitment are looking for an Account Manager to manage an existing book of commercial business, to handle in-bound calls, requests for policy changes and billing questions on commercial policies, work on renewals and actioning referrals.
Looking for confident CSR / Account Managers to provide exemplary customer service to clients and support to sales.
• Manage a book of existing commercial business, renewals, upsell and cross sell
• Handle in-bound phone calls, requests for policy changes and billing question
• Good knowledge of commercial policies, documentation and procedures.
• RIBO Licensed, or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent computer and communication skills
