Our Hamilton client is currently looking for a dynamic Commercial LinesAccount Manager to service business accounts. As part of this professional group of Service Brokers you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices and will continue to advise, upsell and round out all accounts. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day service to clients and handling all client file activities
- Negotiate & bind coverage with insurers for new business & renewals
- Prepare New and Renewal Quotes
- Maintain professional relationships with all insurers to ensure maximum growth of new and existing business
- Claims reporting on behalf of clients as well as follow-up
- Engaging in every capacity of the accounts
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid RIBO license
- 3+years Commercial insurance experience
- Experience with small to mid-sized and large commercial accounts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organization, time management, interpersonal and communication skills, verbal/written and analytical skills
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work well with all team members
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Epic software
- Strong attention to detail is a must, as is the need to be a team player
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, TAM/Epic
- Above all have passion for client needs
