COMMERCIAL CLIENT EXECUTIVE – Toronto Downtown GENERAL DESCRIPTION • Insurance sales to new and existing clients through incoming calls, emails,and referrals • Quote, provide advice, council regarding coverage, appropriate product, pricing and payment options • Function as first line underwriters, qualifying clients to maintain and promote quality business representing corporate objectives • Review policy wordings and documents to ensure accuracy and adequacy • Manage accounts receivables (collections and reconciliation – as required) • Manage appropriate follow up activity • Maintain professional relationships with business partners • Prospect input (prospect data, nb data, file documentation) • Lead generation activity, alone & in collaboration with sale and marketing colleagues • Participate as requested planning and execution of growth, retention and continuous improvement goals and action plans • Maintain RIBO hours as defined by RIBO continuing education guidelines |
