COMMERCIAL CLAIMS EXAMINER

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and manage a diverse pending of claims
- Attend mediations, settlement conferences and court proceedings
- Manage and process reserves, payments and recoveries
- Manage outside service providers – independent adjusters, lawyers and experts
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial claims handling experience
- University or College Grad
- CIP or working towards designation
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Highly efficient and organized
