Full-Time Commercial Account Manager – Concord

Job Description

Our client is a well-established brokerage offering a wide variety of products and services within the Concord, Ontario area.

They are looking for a Commercial Lines CSR to join their growing team.

Job Description:

Negotiate coverages, rates and premiums with underwriters and clients
Market new business and re-market existing business
Review client risk and prepare comprehensive coverages for specific client needs
Work closely with claims department to monitor losses and develop risk management techniques
Prepare correspondence, invoices, endorsements, etc. for assigned accounts with assistance from broker support

Skills:

2 – 5 years experience in commercial lines insurance
RIBO license required
CAIB and/or CIP preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and wordings
proficient computer skills in MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
Familiarity with TAM or other broker systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
