POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Service Administrator is responsible in supporting Consultants, Account Executives and the Client Relationship Consultant with day-to-day service associated with group retirement accounts and individual members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the JD Consulting intake email address and toll-free phone line.
  • Assist members with general inquiries, process change requests, transfers, withdrawals and quarterly reporting.
  • Update client databases by processing all types of client changes.
  • Overall responsibility and accountability for the Client Relationship Management tool.
  • In preparation for a client annual review, assist with any paperwork and/or member packages that the Consultants/Account Executives require.
  • Interact with individual members and insurance/financial companies to address all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Update the model portfolios and fee pricing changes as directed by the Director of Analytics and Governance.
  • Ensure Record Keeper’s fee changes match the pricing worksheet.
  • Provide updates on industry trends.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal monthly meetings.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience.
  • Mutual Fund and/or Life License not required, however, would be of benefit.
  • Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
  • University business degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of retirement and banking products and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
