Full-Time Client Service Representative

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be a combination of servicing existing customers as well as signing up new customers. The successful candidate must be willing to work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and thrive in a self-motivated environment. Starting salary $40,000-$50,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of service experience in an insurance brokerage with a focus on personal lines
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet retention goals
  • 3 years + with RIBO License is mandatory
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience with SIG XP and Compu-Quote an asset

Salary $44,000+ depending on experience.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
