Our client located in Woodbridge is currently seeking a CSR/Team Leader in Commercial Lines.  You will be responsible for Mid-large size accounts.  You will be working with the owner as well as the VP of Operations.  This position will offer full paid benefits and the working hours 8:30 – 4:30.

You must have the following:

• RIBO license in good standing
• Powerbroker, CompuQuote
• 5 Years of previous broker experience with previous experience as a Team Lead
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to Detail
• Be extremely organized
• Patience
• Maintain excellent relationships internally and externally
• Stay current on all underwriting rules and guidelines
• Oversee Team of CSR’s to make sure they are following protocol
• Maintain retention for the CL unit
