Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES

Establish customer relationships and proactively follow-up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Respond to customer and client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim guidance, and billing clarifications.
Continuous learning to keep up-to-date in the ever changing life insurance industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
High level of professionalism and attention to always providing a positive member experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Entrepreneurial nature with a pro-active attitude and desire to contribute to business growth.
2 to 3 years experience in life / group benefits preferred.
Strong familiarity with life insurance carriers and their product offerings.
Possess valid life insurance license in Ontario preferred.
University degree or similar designations are preferred.
