Job Description
Catastrophe Work for Remote Desk Adjusters.
Must start in a Toronto ‘COVID-19 Compliant’ office before transitioning to remote work.
Please only reply if you meet the following requirements:
- Be able to start immediately and work in Toronto for up to 8 weeks
- Work 6 to 7 days per week: Monday to Saturday. Some Sundays (not mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Desk Claims Specialist
- Have a current adjusters license in Canada or the required CIP Courses to obtain a Level 1 License in your home province
- Prior experience with Guidewire platform
- Must have effective telephone and customer service skills
- Understand building estimates (Xactimate/Symbility) for Property position
- Understand auto repair and salvage programs (Mitchell/ Audatex) for Auto position
- Follow all COVID-19 mandated directives (including testing)
