Job Description

Catastrophe Work for Remote Desk Adjusters.

Must start in a Toronto ‘COVID-19 Compliant’ office before transitioning to remote work.

Please only reply if you meet the following requirements:

  • Be able to start immediately and work in Toronto for up to 8 weeks
  • Work 6 to 7 days per week: Monday to Saturday. Some Sundays (not mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Desk Claims Specialist
  • Have a current adjusters license in Canada or the required CIP Courses to obtain a Level 1 License in your home province
  • Prior experience with Guidewire platform
  • Must have effective telephone and customer service skills
  • Understand building estimates (Xactimate/Symbility) for Property position
  • Understand auto repair and salvage programs (Mitchell/ Audatex) for Auto position
  • Follow all COVID-19 mandated directives (including testing)
