About the role:
As a Customer Service Help Desk Agent, you would be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries regarding the sale of consumable items, assistance in the booking of service requests and general customer service by calls or email. You will also provide first level technical support to ensure high levels of First Call Resolution – of course, full training is provided.
Skills/ Experience:
Minimum 6 months inbound call centre experience is essential
Bubbly and motivated personality
Able to pick up technical aspects of the role
Work well under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment

$16 per hour + Super (Paid Weekly)
