Business Solutions Broker – Waterloo, ON
The Broker, Business Insurance Solutions will report to the Vice President of Commercial Insurance. This broker all-star will primarily be responsible for proactively generating sales opportunities, managing an ongoing list of leads, and selling and servicing the needs of our business insurance client database.
Key Accountability and Responsibilities
Accountable for achieving monthly sales targets
Ability to respond to a high volume of online and incoming calls on a daily basis
Ability to proactively contact ‘cold’ sales opportunities
Closing sales via telephone and online leads
Ensure adherence to internal and external underwriting rules, regulations and procedures
Provides cross sell and upsell recommendations to existing clientele
In-depth understanding of various insurance providers underwriting rules & product features and benefits and MORE!!!
Requirements
Minimum of five years sales experience (including both inbound and outbound)
RIBO license
Results oriented with a strong customer service focus
