Our client’s dynamic team is expanding again and seeking a keen, career-oriented individual who will be responsible for new business production and senior level account management. Responsibilities include Prospecting, New Business, Marketing, Long-Term Client Support.

· 4 plus years of surety experience
· Proven sales skills
· Entrepreneurial – ability to identify and realize opportunities
· A natural networker with an established network of professional contacts
· Strategic thinker, able to conceptualize and communicate complex ideas with clarity
· Excellent communication and presentation skills: both written and verbal
· Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated capacity to work effectively with people with diverse backgrounds
· Strong commitment to teamwork
· RIBO license or willingness to secure a RIBO license
Position includes a competitive compensation structure with salary plus commission and a benefits package.
