POSITION :   Business Development Manager

Job Accountabilities:

In this position, you are responsible for business development activities for Premier Group of Companies.  Implementing our Marketing Plan aimed at enhancing/expanding our broker base.  Supporting the current BDM team with their goals of high customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term corporate goals.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 5 to 10 years of commercial and personal lines insurance experience.
  • Background, experience, and/or knowledge of business development
  • Willingness to travel frequently and independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Dynamic personality and willingness to maintain professional appearance and conduct. Ability to leave a positive impression with valued brokers.
