Team Lead Personal Lines

Our client is a mid-sized brokerage firm located in the Concord area.  Fast paced which will allow for rapid growth career opportunities!  Come and join this diverse team of professionals in a leadership position.

We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active, Team Lead to achieve the daily and long term objectives and goals for the department. You will be responsible for supervising staff, training, mentoring, coaching, employee performance development, and employee engagement. You are an excellent communicator, a collaborative team player, a multi-tasker, your highly organized, and most importantly, you will foster a cohesive, results oriented team environment!.

Responsibilities Include:

Help create and foster a cohesive team environment with a culture of open communication
Delegated tasks, projects, and set deadlines
Supervise the day to day activities of the Personal Lines Department
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and employee performance reports
Train, onboard, and monitor new employees
Coach, monitor, audit, and develop existing team members

Qualifications:

Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing
Minimum of 5-7 years previous Personal Lines Insurance experience
Superior client service skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Demonstrates the ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Demonstrated the ability to adapt to change and exercise good judgement
Extensive knowledge in Power Broker BMS, insurance portals, and insurance markets
