Full-Time Branch Manager
Job Description
InsureLine is seeking an individual with past experience managing a busy insurance office. Personal Lines and Autoplan experience are necessary. We are a busy and growing office and require someone who has an amazing attitude to lead a high performance team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role here will involve managing a team of brokers that service a never-ending stream of hot leads from our mortgage broker and realtor referral network. You’ll ensure our team is responding quickly, adequately assessing needs & providing quotes with the intention of closing the sale. You’ll keep your team focused on providing the best possible customer experience. You’ll track your team’s performance, figure out what motivates each individual in order to get the most out of them. You understand that what gets measured gets done.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help build an already busy insurance brokerage into a world class organization.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should have a
- Level 3 Nominee designation or a Level 2 license,
- 5 years experience in PL Insurance minimum, and
- CAIB designation or working towards.
