Bilingual Manager Life Insurance
Our Life client is looking to fill a Managerial role. The successful candidate will provide direction and leadership to a Customer Service, Admin Support and Claims team in the Life Insurance space.

Duties:
- Responsible for the day to day management within a team dynamic
- Coach team members to ensure a high standard of service is being met
- Monitor performance and service levels to ensure standards are being achieved
- Provide innovative concepts to create improvements within the team environment
- Manage designated teams ensuring best practice are being met to reduce costs
- Complete performance reviews and provide appropriate coaching and employee development
- Provide a positive and encouraging team environment
- Develop and build strong relationships with key accounts and high-profile brokers
- Monitor performance reports providing feedback to Senior Management
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
- 5-8 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the life insurance industry
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree, LOMA Designation is an asset
- Proven leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Knowledge and experience in individual life claim is an asset
- Bilingual (French & English)
