Full-Time Autoplan Agent
Job Description
Level 1 Licenced BC Insurance Agent Autoplan Agent Permanent, FT, Tuesday thru Saturday all day. Wednesday evening 4-10. Cantonese or Mandarin an asset. Need a vehicle for transportation, near #8 Road and Westminster Hwy, Richmond.
Fast paced work environment. Must be able to do all types of auto transactions and be able to multi-task.
• Must be proficient in ICBC Policycenter
• Able to do out of province and all types of auto transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
• Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
• Job requires driving to Head Office in North Burnaby a few times a week
