Full-Time Director, Customer Experience Delivery
Job Description

As a strategic thinker, you’re able to weave the customer perspective into corporate and/or strategic initiatives and projects, and create initiatives when you see a gap to ensure the best customer experience. You understand the alignment and importance of the broker and employee experiences to delivering the intended customer experience. As a natural leader you excel at getting everyone – from front-line staff, to the highest executives – to rally behind those initiatives.

Requirements
Candidates must bring the following education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or a related discipline or a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
- Five years management experience with increasing responsibility.
- Change Management Certified.
- Customer Experience Certified.
