Insurance claims business situated in downtown North Bay. At times, fast paced and demanding.
30 – 35 hours per week
Skills Required
Repetitive Tasks. Type and proofread correspondence, emails & loss calculations using Dicta Machine.
Accurately entering timesheets, uploading photos, scanning, photocopying & filing. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Good command of the English language and grammar essential. Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
Assist Office Manager, when required.
Formal Education
Must have minimum high school education with at least four years office experience.
Specific Requirements
MS Word, Outlook, Excel, scanning, uploading photos
Dicta typing
Insurance background
Legal background would be an asset
Accuracy with high attention to detail a MUST
Team player
