Position Highlights
We are looking for career oriented professionals to join our Injury Services team. We are hiring Injury and Senior Injury Adjusters throughout the Okanagan, Kootenay, Cariboo, Vancouver Island and Lower Mainland regions and would love to hear from you!
Senior Injury Adjuster: You investigate files and engage with lawyers to ensure our customers get the right information they need to make an informed decision. You are analytical and an expert in strategic negotiations.
Starting Salary: $63,201.31
Injury Adjuster: You deftly handle contractual agreements. You are intuitive, intelligent and innovative. Your role is to manage injury claims across the province and support our customers during their recovery.
Starting Salary: $57,620.84
Position Requirements
You love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions. If you don’t know the answer, you are curious and you’ll dig until you find it. What makes you special is that you like learning new things, and you learn quickly.
So, do you meet these requirements? If so, here are a few more boxes to tick. Successful candidates must have AT LEAST ONE of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Completed CIP / CRM
- Injury Adjusting / Examining experience with private industry (3+ years)
Although not required, proficiency with additional languages such as Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjabi, Korean, Farsi, Arabic, Spanish or French will be considered an asset.
Applicants must meet the provincially legislated requirements of the Criminal Records Review Act (CRRA) and hold a valid BC Driver’s license.
