Full-Time Account Manager

Job Description

As the successful candidate on our Marketing team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Underwriting sales and service within the region of South Western Ontario
  • Servicing a defined territory of various complex risks including Municipal, CAS (Children’s Aid Society) and Not for Profit accounts
  • Planning sales and business development activities and customer/prospect contacts and liaise with brokers, clients and account managers of questions of industry specific policy issues, claims and risk management
  • Attending and actively participating in industry meetings, seminars and conferences

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3- 5 years related experience required
  • RIBO license or ability to obtain
  • CIP designation (or working towards designation) would be an asset
  • Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills required
  • Previous experience with Municipalities and Non Profit classes of business would be an asset
