• Responsible for handling the day-to-day client file activity on behalf of the Commercial

• Account Executive

• Negotiate coverage and pricing with Insurance Companies and prepare all necessary

• insurance and administrative documentation for clients

• Provide exceptional ongoing service to clients
• Maintain organized up to date client files
• Provide updated file information for renewal and re-marketing when necessary
• Ability to work with Commercial Account Executives to identify client exposures and

• recommend insurance coverage options

Education and ExperienceRequirements

• RIBO license required along with maintenance of continuing education hours
• CRM, CAIB and FCIP designations an asset
• Minimum 10 years Commercial Insurance experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Great technical and negotiating skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and TAM.
