Full-Time Account Manager
Job Description
Position Overview
- Review renewal documents
- Report and monitor client claims
- Respond to telephone inquiries, take and order policy changes
- Preparation of renewal binders
- Ensure high level of service is maintained
- Remarket when necessary
- Cross-sell and up-sell
Position Requirements
- 2 – 5 years Personal or Commercial insurance experience
- Valid RIBO license is mandatory
- Strong oral and written communication skills – a second language (Italian or Spanish) would be an asset but not a prerequisite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Understanding of company underwriting and guidelines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, experience with Agency Manager, industry software and Compu-quote an asset
- Must know the portals for most of insurers
- Base plus commission
