Job Description


LL Renaissance (LLR) is hiring for an Account Executive for our Western region who will report to the VP Operations. The successful incumbent will be required to network, solicit, develop and produce a profitable portfolio of our Auto Dealer practice through various cultivation practices and techniques.


Accountable for overall sales production, development and acquisition of new business clients and retention of LLR clients

  • Act as an Expert Advisor for clients and mitigate risks successfully to protect their business
  • Refer Commercial Clients to other lines of Navacord business (e.g. Personal Lines, Benefits and Retirement services).
  • Prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Track progress in achieving personal sales targets against company sales plans
  • Communicate with the VP Operations on strategic overview of growth initiatives and keep them informed of all significant sales issues
  • Collaborate with other Account Executives within the LLR business to share ideas, strategies with an aim to win accounts
  • Market prospects with various insurance companies effectively through RFP presentations and other LLR marketing collateral
  • Attend monthly “Sales Huddles” and Annual Sales Summits with other successful LLR producer workforce
  • Act as a professional advisor and a thought leader in sharing of knowledge and offering mentorship to others in our collaborative environment
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Represent LLR professionally in the marketplace


  • Minimum 5+ years of general insurance brokerage experience; experience within the auto sector an asset
  • Insurance Broker License an asset
  • Proven track record in generating leads from various sources
  • Self-motivated to strive for success in virtual setting
  • Client development/relationship management experience
  • Strong sales background with demonstrated business acumen
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and EPIC
