CLAIMS SPECIALIST
Claims Specialist to join our office, handling commercial general liability claims of low to moderate exposure and complexity. You be responsible for resolving claims according to Best Practices and within authority limits. In this role you will handle multi-party claims and regularly communicates with customers and brokers. You may also be dedicated to handle claims for specific accounts.
Required:
College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
1+ 2 or more years of finalizing general liability claims experience
Previous experience finalizing claims in the retail industry
Previous experience in an office environment that required basic computer, analytical and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to obtain and maintain required adjuster license
Customer service experience
Computer literate
Assets:
Prior experience in finalizing general liability, property and casualty claims
Proven analytical skills
