Job Description

• Set aggressive sales targets with your colleagues and leaders and then exceed them — by so much and so often that your colleagues just don’t know how you do it
• Relentless in your efforts, you will leverage your contacts (and everyone else’s too) to develop a pipeline of prospects that you can approach — you will look everywhere and never stop until the deal is done
• Provide world class attention and service to your commercial prospects so that they can see the value we provide — the kind of things that stops them dead in their tracks and makes them say wow!
• Engage prospects and help create long term loyal advocates — they will tell amazing stories to their colleagues about how you went above and beyond
• To uncover what a prospects really needs for you to close the sale, your day will be spent talking to people and using your world class investigative skills — in fact, you will know what they need before they do!
• Helping prospects understand their commercial insurance and providing advice on coverage and policy changes that is of value to them
• Accurate and timely completion of all required assignments
• And of course, other duties as required (and no, you don’t have to take out the trash!)
