Full-Time Business Development Manager
Job Description
Primary Objectives:
The dynamic self-starter in this role will execute Client Company (Reinsurance Assumed) strategies and deliver on exceptional relationship management while generating premium growth and profitability for new and existing portfolios. As an experienced professional, he/she will meet and exceed growth objectives and monitor transactional activities of existing programs, conduct training sessions for client companies, and oversee individual client company transactions within the client operations group. Working from our Head Office in downtown Toronto, the incumbent reports to the Director, Reinsurance Assumed and will be responsible for clients in the Ontario region.
Qualifications:
- College/University graduate
- Recent business development and relationship management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to professionalism and highest standards of customer service
- Self-starter who is highly motivated, manages priorities efficiently and is results oriented
- Enrollment in the CIP program or graduate
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong analytical skills supported by a high level of computer literacy
- Excellent presentation skills, supported by a strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint software
