Full-Time Team Manager – Brokerage
Job Description
Fantastic New Opportunity! Personal Lines Lines Team Manager – Etobicoke Ont.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Scheduling Staff
- Coaching, Mentoring Staff
- Deal with Problem Files that escalate
- Manage a team of 6 personal lines CSR’s, 2 TSRs
- Manage staff conflicts
- Lead monthly Account Manager staff meetings
- Provide updates on markets, coverages, general industry to CSR’s
- Oversee training of new employees
- Improve workflow and procedures
- Track new business, cancellations etc.
- Participate is setting new business targets and retention goals
- Manage a Personal Lines Small Book
Requirements:
- RIBO License required
- People Management within a Brokerage
- University Degree or College Diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation an asset
- 5-10 years Personal Lines Exp.
- Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong Emphasis on a Positive Team Dynamic
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
