We are looking for someone dynamic, motivated, witty, outgoing, a team player, and wanting to be in a critical role of a fast-paced sales environment with an industry leader
As a Recruiter you are solely responsible for sourcing the very best talent and providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients and handling the recruiting process from beginning to end.
Recruiting is true sales. Hunting, collecting, gathering, creating value, designing a plan of action, making your plan work for you, discovery, some more hunting, presenting, delivering, negotiating, closing, fertilizing your seeds of effort with the fortitude and optimism to do it all over again
You MUST be motivated to develop professionally and MUST be able to wear multiple hats throughout the day. The right person would be someone that thrives in finding AND convincing the ever elusive unicorns on the job hunt to consider change
You are a natural at match making and thrive in the successful union of candidate and company. You exude exceptional verbal and written communication skills and you settle for nothing less than extraordinary. Attention to detail is your first name, feisty/witty is your middle name, and achieving your goals is your last name. Your backbone must be STRONG. Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of insurance experience handling the sales process from beginning to end.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must know that references will be checked!!
