Full-Time PERSONAL LINES CSR
Job Description
Very well established, respected, AND GROWING Hamilton Insurance Brokerage, with long standing, solid Market relationships is looking for a Personal Lines CSR. If you are ‘a natural people pleaser’ you will be responsible for your clients’ insurance needs full-cycle.
Responsibilities:
Respond as required to enquiries to ensure a high level of service is maintained
Renewal review, recommendations, comparison quotes and remarket when needed
Total account sales awareness
Claims intake, Portal policy requests, Invoicing, Order reports
Actively promote team support
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years Personal Insurance
R.I.B.O is required and preferably working towards CIP or CAIB designation
Attributes:
Relationship builder who communicates well and stays organized
Superb interpersonal & presentation skills, along with Keen eye for detail
Self starter who can succeed with minimal supervision
