Job Description

Our client is a mid size brokerage located in the Richmond Hill area. They are looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

.Overseeing all aspects of the marketing process for an account from the initial submission to the binding of coverage.
.Day to day management and service of mid – large market commercial accounts
.Determining the appropriate markets to be approached for assigned accounts,

.Assisting the commercial producers in market pick selections,
.Obtaining and analyzing quotations and declinations from various insurance companies,
.Preparing high quality and accurate proposals for presentation
.Renewals, retention, maintain accounts receivable

Experience Required:

·         RIBO

·         5- 8 years Broker Experience – Commercial Lines

·         Good problem solving, negotiation, decision making and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·         Thorough knowledge of commercial insurance coverage, standard industry forms, and various insurance programs.
Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel and POWER BROKER as asset
