Job Description
We have an independent insurance and financial services brokerage that develops long-term customer relationships seeking a Personal Lines CSR. They are committed to providing innovative, quality products and services through their team of experienced professionals.

¨ Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and client/Account Manager requests

¨ Accuracy and attention to detail
¨ Time Management
¨ Passion for client service and a career interest in account management
¨ Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, CompuQuote and PowerBroker
SERVICE EXISTING CLIENT BASE
¨ Request and process required policy changes
¨ Reporting of new claims and following up on existing open claims
¨ Up-Sell and Cross Sell RENEWALS AND REMARKETS
¨ Review renewal policies
¨ Remarketing of client coverage’s
¨ Monitor & maintain monthly expiration report
¨ Create Liability Slips when required

¨ Take by phone or email
¨ Issue endorsement in company portal
¨ Update policy documents
¨ Update PowerBroker
¨ Abeyance for company document
