COMMERCIAL ADJUSTER – Transportation & Logistics (Exclusive to HCA)

Responsibilities:
- Investigate, appraise/scope, confirm coverage, negotiate settlement and recovery for claims
- Deal with claimants, other carriers, contractors, lawyers, etc.
- Adhere to service standards by communicating effectively with all parties involved
Qualifications:
- University/College Grad
- Working towards CIP/FCIP
- Minimum of 3 years Auto PD/Cargo adjusting experience
- Able to understand complex insurance contracts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
- Strong analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills
