Full-Time Commercial Account Manager
Job Description
Our client is a major Insurance Brokerage Firm located in Oshawa.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct client contact, works with small to mid-sized accounts
- Marketing – New and renewal business
- Prepare submissions
- Issuing certificates/binders
- Claims assistance
- Negotiate premium and coverage with company underwriters
- Recommend coverage
- Billing/Invoicing
- Quote/Write new business
- Works directly with account executives /producers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 3+ Years’ experience working as a Commercial Lines CSR
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Exceptionally detail oriented and thorough
- Team oriented and ability to multi-task
- Any Broker System experience
- Policy works and Sig would be an asset and insurance related software & Computer literate
- Strong customer service experience
- Exceptional written/oral communication
Education
- High School Diploma
- General Insurance License through RIBO
