Full-Time Assistant Manager – RIBO
Job Description
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and a strong knowledge of Insurance Brokerage operations. The candidate needs to be an outstanding leader and passionate champion for Customer Service. He/She will need to foster a sense of urgency with the Team and drives a culture of collaboration, innovative service, and thought leadership that supports sales.
This role has an immediate focus on leading the day to day operations of the Customer Service Team, Underwriting, Back Office & IT Support, as well as contributing to key projects that impact the Operations area.
The role is expected to handle escalated or sensitive customer service issues, when appropriate, and will frequently lead root cause review process. Identifies process improvements that will improve advisor and customer experience or to reduce unit costs.
The successful candidate should be able to develop strategic plans for areas of responsibility.
Required education:
- Diploma/Certificate
Required experience:
- management – insurance industry: 5 years
