THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Workers’ Comp Claims Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support and service they need to effectively manage their workers’ compensation claims. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients, TPAs and insurance carrier staff. As the point-of-contact, you will assist with monitoring/analyzing WC claims, collaborate closely with clients, attorneys and TPAs to make recommendations to improve claims strategies, coordinate the processing of claims, assist clients with OSHA logs and other compliance reporting requirements, assist with experience modification review/analysis and eventually, manage a caseload of small to mid-sized premiums.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you hold a high school diploma/GED (college preferred), at least 3 years of related workers’ compensation claims experience (preferably within a brokerage environment), have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and can hold your own while working a computer (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook).
