Technical Service Representative – Commercial
We have a job opening for a Technical Service Representative in our client’s Program Media Team. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Service Brokers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain client files
- Collect, sort & distribute department mail
- Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy
- Process new business and renewals
- Invoicing, binders and cover letters
- Prepare insurance submissions, certificates of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy
- Invoicing and completing premium financing contracts
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Run monthly expiration reports
- Keep current new business log and lapsed business logs
- Claims – responsible for reporting claims and f/u for adjuster contact information
- Prepare presentations, insurance submissions, certificates of insurance, pink liability insurance slips and check policy documents for accuracy.
- Insurance Company portals – access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.
- Other duties as may be assignedQualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Extremely well organized & able to meet deadlines
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to work well with team and others
- RIBO license an asset but not mandatory
- French would be an asset but not mandatory
